located at 9 Center Street, Townsend, MA (down the street from NAPA Auto Parts and True Value Hardware, we are Townsend's first and only 24 hour fitness facility bringing you the latest state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment.

My team and I have built an incredible facility where everyone can feel comfortable in a non-intimidating environment regardless of age, fitness level and body type. We want to help you reach your fitness goals and add to the quality of your life.

Our 7500 square foot facility features all new 2008 model equipment, a 50 foot cardio deck complete with over 25 pieces of cardio equipment, cardio theatre and nine 42" plasma televisions, a huge stretching area, tanning room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, satellite radio and on site personal training.
