2024 Meeting Dates and Application Deadlines

Conservation Commission meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are generally held on the second floor in the Board of Selectman Chambers at Town Hall (272 Main St Townsend).  The agenda, along with the date and time for the upcoming meeting, can be found on the calendar located on the home page of the town's website, as well as on the Conservation Commission page.

Applicants are encouraged to submit materials prior to the deadline (see submission deadline dates below) since there are times when meeting nights fill up prior to the deadline. 
Please mail completed documents, as well as an electronic copy, to the Commission by the submission deadlines or the public hearing might have to be pushed back to the following meeting.
