Building Permit Applications

A Building Permit is required before beginning construction, alteration, major repairs and improvements other than ordinary repairs.  Some of the most commonly overlooked items that require a Permit are: siding, roofing, swimming pools and hot tubs, decks, replacement windows, signs and home businesses.  If you have a project or repairs planned, or any questions, please contact the Building Department, who will be pleased to answer your questions or assist you with your permit process.
