How to Apply for a Entertainment License

An Entertainment License includes:

• Automatic Amusement Devices

• Pinball Machines

• Billiards, Pool

• Jukeboxes

To apply for a Entertainment License, you must:

• complete the License Application Form and the Tax Attestation Form

• pay the $50 fee to the Town -
  Sunday entertainment is separate and requires additional funds to be paid to the State

• contact the Selectmens' Office for further instructions and conditions
