The Cemetery and Parks Commission has general charge of and superintendence of all public burial grounds and lands set aside for burial purposes, and all public parks.

Number of Members and Terms:

       Three commissioners elected for terms of three years each, arranges so that the term of one member expires each year.

The Cemetery and Parks Commissioners shall have all the powers and duties given to Cemetery Commissioners and Parks Commissioners by the laws of the Commonwealth, by the Town Charter, By-Laws or other Town Meeting vote.
