Number of Members and Terms:
          Three members elected for a three year term each, arranged so that the term of one member expires each year.

The Board of Water Commissioners' powers and duties are defined by special agreement voted on September 16, 1933, pursuant to Chapter 381 of the Acts of 1920.

Commissioners Meetings

The Board of Water Commissioners meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM, unless otherwise posted at the Town Hall and at the Water Department office. The meetings are held at the Water Department office at 540 Main St. in West Townsend. If you wish to meet with the Board please call the Water Department office at 978-597-2212 so that you may be added to the agenda. Please feel free to attend and participate in these meetings.
