Cemetery & Parks Meeting

The meeting was opened at 12:10
Present were, Ray Boyes, John Barrett, Roger Rapoza and Adam Ruuska
Minutes: None.
Bills and Deeds none.
Discuss:
Employee Evaluations
John and Ray reviewed and signed the employee evaluations that had been done by Roger.
Commissioners completed the evaluation for Roger and signed. John B. move to approve the evaluation of Roger Rapoza. All were in favor motion carried.
Sidewalks on the Common.
Roger reminded everyone that dept still needs to get a hold of someone for the common sidewalk project. John was going to ask Jeff Sullivan but didn’t a chance to, and requested that Roger call Jeff at Powell’s, the company Jeff works to see if they might be able to help or offer suggestions.
Organizational Chart:
The Commissioners would like to schedule a meeting with other elected boards to discuss the chart. With 2/28/18 as meeting time. Ray made a motion to invite elected boards to a meeting on 2/18/18. John second motion carried.
John would like the meeting held in the Kimball House. Roger would get extra chairs. Meeting would start at 7PM. John will find out about the elected boards. Unless we hear differently we can have it hear on 2/28/18 at 7PM.
Roger asked if there would be any votes taken; John didn’t think so just a general discussion.
Meeting closed at 12:35PM.
