Cemetery & Parks Meeting

The meeting was opened at 12:11PM present were, Ray Boyes, Tubby Boucher, John Barrett, Roger Rapoza, Drew Funk and Pam Haman. .
Correspondence: none.
Bills and Payroll were reviewed, approved and signed.
Minutes of the May meeting were reviewed and approved.
Deeds: A discussion was held on the request from Karen Mullin to transfer the Keefe remaining lots to her name. It was felt that more information was needed to verify that she has a legal interest in the lots. A letter will be sent requesting information. Transfer request was put on hold for now.

Discuss:
Veterans Memorial: Stone was added as well as planter for Memorial Day. Looks great. Eagle Scout will be working on pavers and bench will be placed.
Howard Park Bridge: Needs major repairs cost for rough cut lumber would be about $200. Due to the end of fiscal year not enough in expense account to cover project until 7/1/19. John would like to see bridge repaired as it is a popular walking /hiking area. He will see about using funds that were left for Howard Park.
John moved to repair the Bridge at Howard Park getting necessary funds. Tubby second all were in favor motion carried.
