Cemetery & Parks Meeting

The meeting was opened at 6:42pm
Present were, Ray Boyes, Tubby Boucher, John Barrett, Roger Rapoza, Drew Funk, and Pam Haman.
Bills and Payroll were approved and signed.
Deeds signed and approved
Minutes from November meeting approved and signed.
Correspondence:
Two memos from BOS office the first announcing the date of the STM to be 1/21/2020 and that articles are due by 12/31/19. The second requesting that town report narrative is due to the Selectmen’s office by 1/31/2020.
Discuss:
Design, Engineering & Construction of Common sidewalks: Ross Associates declined to quote on the project. Another quote was obtained in the amount of $24,700. Roger will attempt to get another quote. The Commissioners can have a special meeting for the purposes of reviewing the second quote if needed.
John will research information about the cemetery rules and regulation as to whether cemetery regulations need to be approved by town meeting
Meeting adjourned to the department’s annual Christmas gathering.
