Discuss:

Common Sidewalk: Repairs were done to the corners of the sidewalks per the recommendation of the engineer.  Grass is filling.  Final payment to be made later this summer.

Adams Dam:  Waiting on info for the notice of intent and for the  date of hearing.  There has been some back and forth between the BOS and Conservation Comm.  Pam will continue to follow-up/work on the administrative task with committee.

BOS Liaison’s letter:  The letter was reviewed and modifications were made.  Commissioners felt this should be sufficient since daily operations really don’t change except seasonally and if there is a major task/undertaking department will notify Chaz Sexton-Diranian the departments liaison.

The Board was reorganized as follows for the upcoming fiscal year.  Raymond Boyes, Chairman, John Barrett Vice Chairman, and Albert (Tubby) Boucher, clerk.

Superintendents Report/Unforeseen;

Gazebo- Repairs will be done to the floor and benches.  There was discussion about the addition that was added to accommodate the band several years ago as an Eagle Scout Project. The idea was this was going to be a portable/moveable extension however it has not worked out that way.  Columns may need some repairs as well. Painting is always on going.

Flags:  The Flag Committee is having additional members appointed to the committee. Money has been appropriated at town meeting for the flag committee and they may need to hire out to place flags on the poles.  The bucket truck is not certified to go up and down.  Roger can make an appointment with the company in Amherst, New Hampshire for the certification, other repairs may also be needed. Because Route 119 is a state road a state police detail is needed. The Cemetery & Parks will display the 6 flags in front of the common.  The Wall that Heals will be at the High School 4th of July weekend BOS, and Flag Committee hoping to get flags up.

Next meeting July 13, 2021 at noon.
