The meeting was opened at 6:04 PM present were Tubby Boucher, John Barrett, Roger Rapoza and Pam Haman

Guest/Appointments: Claire Kauppi, Jerry Bozicas, Bill Martin and Kathy Clark from the group raising funds to restore/preserve Bandstand.
Discuss:
Two quotes were received for lead paint removal. Both quotes were very different in the scope of work and pricing. Both the group and Commissioners want to restore the Bandstand to its historical origins. Further discussion was had regarding the lattice work, flooring and ceiling. The current floor may not be original as repairs to the floor were done around 2010.
The town will need to follow the procurement laws including the prevailing wage for construction projects. The project could cost as much as 65,000 to 100,000 by the time all work is done. A way to approach paying for the restoration might be to have a Donation and License Agreement similar to what was used for the West Townsend Fire Station. The Committee will be holding meetings to begin working on fund raising and plans for the restoration. They may also request additional information on the quotes that were received.
No decision was made on the back porch area of the bandstand. It will stay in place for now.
Howard Park: the police would like direction signs in Howard Park as it will be used as the evacuation route in case of an emergency for the kids at Hawthorne Brook. No decision was made at this time, Roger will have further conversation with the Police Dept.
Adams Dam: The gate is being made by Phil Comeau should be completed shortly. Since gravel can not be brought in the department will use growth socks/wattles to help control the erosion along river. Conservation has approved this method.
