The meeting was opened at 12:40PM present were John Barrett, Tubby Boucher, Brian Sanford, Roger Rapoza and Pam Haman.
Bills and Payroll were approved and signed.
Deeds signed.
Minutes for the April 13 and April 29 meeting were approved and signed

Re structure Board- John Barrett, Chairman, Brian Sanford, Secretary, Tubby Boucher Member at Large
Joint meeting on 5/11/22- Conversation about who actually has control. The town does have ownership, but when the Park Commission was established, The Park Commission has since had control and has maintained the common and bandstand. The Parks was merged with the Cemetery when the Town Charter was adopted.
The department needs to make their own proposal for the restoration of the bandstand in writing, ideas discussed

Lower structure.
Porch addition
Remove seats/ backing
John will write up so that it is ready to present to the meeting with the FOB.
The next two meeting dates with the FOB are scheduled for May 25 and 31 at 6PM
