The meeting was opened at 12 PM present were, Brian Sanford, Tubby Boucher,8 Roger Rapoza and Pam Haman.

New Mower for town usage has been purchased

Unforeseen:
Roger has found a 2002 Ford F250. Truck is in good condition and has plow. The asking price is 8,000 however Roger feels that he can get the truck for 6,000.
The department has up to $10,000 that can be spent on a truck. Whatever money is remaining if less than 10,000 spent will go back to the sale of lot funds.
Brian moved to allow Roger to proceed with the purchase of the truck. All were in favor motion carried.
