If you've been taking a Yoga class at the Townsend Library or other studios and you're looking to increase your practice, this is for you. Expect to explore pranayama techniques, modifications for increased strength and flexibility, a deeper breath-body connection and longer asanas for increased focus. (This is not a "power" class.)
